Karin Mesa LLC handcrafts unique jewelry and illustrations at La Mancha Glass Gardens. We strive to ship orders promptly and securely using reliable carriers. All shipping details are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method.

Payment Methods We accept major credit cards and PayPal for secure online payments. We do not accept personal checks, cash by mail, or other non-electronic forms of payment.

Domestic Shipping (Continental USA) We offer the following USPS shipping options at checkout:

• USPS First-Class Package Service: Delivery in 3-5 business days. Does not include insurance or tracking by default (tracking may be available depending on package). Ideal for smaller, lightweight items.
• USPS Ground Advantage (or Priority Mail equivalent): Typically 2-5 business days. Includes up to $100 insurance, tracking, and reliable delivery. Additional insurance can be added upon request before shipping.
• USPS Priority Mail: Delivery in 1-3 business days. Includes $100 insurance, full tracking, and eligibility for signature confirmation if requested. Additional insurance available prior to shipment.
• USPS Priority Mail Express: Next-day to 2-day guaranteed delivery by 6:00 PM (where available). Includes up to $100 insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation eligibility. Additional insurance can be requested.

Processing time: Most orders ship within 1-5 business days (longer for custom or made-to-order pieces). We will notify you via email with tracking information once shipped.

International Shipping We ship internationally using USPS options (e.g., First-Class Package International or Priority Mail International). Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and vary by country. Due to potential delays from supply chain issues or customs processing, we recommend contacting us directly before placing international orders for current estimates, restrictions, or alternatives.

Insurance and Signature Confirmation Basic insurance is included with most Priority services (up to $100). For higher-value items, additional insurance can be requested and added before we ship—please message us with your order details. Signature confirmation is available on eligible services upon request for added security.

• Shipping rates are based on USPS calculations and may vary by package size/weight.
• We pack items carefully to prevent damage, but once shipped, transit risks are covered by the carrier's insurance (as purchased).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
